摘 要:干旱胁迫是贯穿小麦播种至收获的整个生育过程的主要非生物限制因子,抗旱性研究是提高小麦抗旱性的基础。本项研究利用5%、10%、15%、20%PEG-6000溶液模拟干旱胁迫,探讨其对12个小麦品系种子萌发的影响。结果表明,PEG-6000处理能提高9611、2003/22、501、偃4100和2003(73)的发芽率,而5%PEG-6000处理能降低051287、9612、00-482、9711、986、520和527发芽率;5%、10%PEG-6000处理促进了9611、2003/22、501、偃4100、2003(73)、9711、986和527的初生根和次生根伸长;PEG-6000浓度高于10%能抑制所有小麦品系胚芽的伸长。可见,不同小麦品系的种子萌发对PEG-6000处理存在明显的性状差异,利用这种差异可初步筛选对干旱胁迫非敏感品系,为小麦杂交育种提供候选亲本材料。Drought stress is a major abiotic factor limiting wheat production throughout the whole repro- ductive process from sowing to harvest. The study on drought resistance is the basis for improving drought tol- erance of wheat. 5% , 15% and 20% polyethylene glycol 6000 (PEG -6000) solutions were used to study their effects on seed germination of 12 wheat strains (varieties) under the simulated drought stress. The results showed that PEG - 6000 treatments increased the germination rate of 9611, 2003/22, 501, Yan 4100 and 2003 (73), while 5% PEG - 6000 treatment decreased that of 051287, 9612, 00 - 482,9711,986,520 and 527. The elongation of primary roots and secondary roots were stimulated by 5% and 10% PEG-6000 treat- ments: The concentration of PEG- 6000 equal to and above 10% could inhibit the elongation of wheat germ. In conclusion, obvious differences in seed germination traits existed among different wheat strains (varieties) stressed by PEG- 6000. Through these differences, non- susceptible strains (varieties) to drought stress could be preliminarily screened out to provide candidate parents for hybrid wheat breeding.
