摘  要:在室内条件下,研究了三突花蛛对亚洲玉米螟二龄幼虫的捕食作用及寻找效应。结果表明,三突花蛛对亚洲玉米螟幼虫的捕食效应可拟合HollingⅡ型,拟合方程为Na=1.1359N/(1+0.09534N),日最大捕食量为64.35头;三突花蛛的寻找效应利用Hassell-Varley干扰模型拟合,得出E=0.4063P-0.5891,利用Bed-dington模型拟合获得E=0.4026/[1+0.2382(P-1)],表明寻找效应随三突花蛛自身密度的增大而呈下降趋势。The predation function and searching response of Misumenops tricuspidatus on 2nd instar larvae of Ostriniafurnacalis (Guen6e) were studied. The predation functional response of Misumenops tricuspidatus on larvae of Ostrinia furnacalis were fitted well with Holling' s type 11 model, Na = 1. 1359N/( I + 0. 09534N), and the daily maximum number was 64.35. The searching rate model of Misumenops tricuspidatus could be described by Hassell- Varley model as E = 0. 4063 P-^0.5891 and by the Beddington model as E = 0. 4026/[ 1 +0.2382( P- 1 )]. The two models showed that the searching rate of Misumenopos tricuspidata de- creased with the increase of predator' s density.
