摘  要:农产品质量安全"安丘模式"是在出口农产品管理体系建设的基础上不断实践探索发展形成的。县域范围内,政府是农产品质量安全管理的承担者,方式方法要与市场经济相适应,需创新完善农业化学品供应、农产品检测、质量信息、技术标准、运行管理五个体系。提出了农产品质量安全"县长负责制"的发展方向。The Anqiu mode, which functions in the quality and safety of agricultural products, was estab- lished based on the foundation of management system of exporting agricultural products, and the continuous practice and exploration. In the county area, the government should be the role responsible for the management of the quality and safety of the agricultural products ; the style and methods should be compatible with the market economy, and five systems including supply of agricultural chemicals, testing of agricultural products, informa- tion of quality, standard of technology and management of operation should be innovated and perfected. The county magistrate assuming overall responsibility was also put forward as the developing detection for the quality and safety of agricultural products.
