摘　　要：测头系统是三坐标测量机非常重要的组成部件，其校正精度直接影响三坐标测量机的测试精度和测量效率。本文以LKINTEGRA10．7．6型三坐标测量机为例介绍了触发式测头系统的基本结构及测量原理，重点分析了其测头的校正方法及要点。Probe systems are key components of coordinate measurement machines and its adjusting precision directly affects measuring accuracy and efficiency. This paper introduces the basic construction and measuring principle of trigger probe systems based on LK INTEGRAl0-7-6 coordinate measuring machining, and specially analyzes its correction methods and key points.
