摘　　要：本文主要通过数据来说明近年来绵阳生活垃圾的增长情况及分析现状，并结合绵阳市的实际情况分析了生活垃圾的特性及影响因素、对社会产生的危害，从资源的回收利用、优化处理方式、管理体系和提高环保意识等方面提出相应的防治对策。This article mainly explains Mianyang garbage growth situation n recent years through the data, analyzes the MSW characteristics, influence factors and its harm to society, combining of the actual situation of Mianyang City, and puts forward the corresponding countermeasures from the aspects of recycle of resources, optimization process, management system and enhancing environmental awareness.
