摘 要:基于虚拟样机技术对倒悬挂细碎颚式破碎机进行运动仿真分析,在ADAMS中建立破碎机模型,并对行程特征值、肘板摆角、最小压力角及急回特性进行仿真研究,分析结果表明,倒悬挂细碎颚式破碎机具有较好的运动特性,能满足设计要求。Movement simulation of an inverted suspending fine jaw crusher was conducted based on virtual prototype technology. The crusher model was built in ADAMS, and simulation on stroke eigenvalue, oscillating angle of toggle plate, minimum pressure angle and quick returning characteristics was carried out. The analysis results showed that the inverted suspending fine jaw crusher could satisfy the design demands with excellent movement characteristic.
