摘 要:通过对磨矿理论的研究与现场生产实践相结合,提出了一个全新的研究方向——微分区化磨矿,即将同一台球磨机分为两个区:粗磨区和细磨区。在粗磨区,增加大钢球比例,从而加强钢球的冲击作用;在细磨区,增加小钢球的比例,提高钢球的研磨作用,从而提高磨机的生产效率,降低磨矿成本。在某黄金选矿厂进行了应用试验研究,结果表明,在磨矿产品细度不变的条件下,磨矿效率得到显著提高,具有明显的节能降耗效果。Combining the study on grinding theory with production practice in factories, a novel study direction, partitioning grinding technology, was proposed, that was one ball mill was divided into a coarse grinding zone and a fine grinding zone. In the coarse grinding zone, the proportion of large grinding balls increased so as to enhance the impact effects of grinding balls. Meanwhile, in the fine grinding zone, the proportion of small grinding balls increased so as to enhance the grinding effects of grinding balls. Thus, the mill efficiency improved and the grinding cost reduced. A test was conducted with the method in a gold concentrator. The results indicated that the grinding efficiency improved remarkably and energy consumption decreased evidently at the same fineness of grinding product.
