摘  要:介绍了矿渣立磨粉磨工艺中几种通用的除铁方法和设备,对比分析了各自优缺点。根据矿渣和铁渣在磨盘上的运动规律以及碾磨件易损位置,针对性地提出了一种应用于矿渣立磨的磨内除铁结构设计并获得成功应用,降低了铁渣在磨内的沉积量,减缓了碾磨件的磨损。The paper introduced several deironing methods and involved equipments during the grinding process by the slag vertical mill, as well as analyzed and contrasted their advantages and disadvantages. According to the movement laws of slag and iron residue on the grinding table as well as the location of grinding parts ease to wear, the paper proposed pertinently a special deironing unit in slag vertical mill, which had been applied successfully. It was contributed to lowering iron residue accumulation in the mill and decreasing abrasion of grinding parts.
