摘 要:为解决当前大型等厚振动筛的高度过大和可靠性等问题,提出了一种新型四轴强制同步变直线轨迹等厚振动筛。并利用有限元分析法对四轴强制同步变直线轨迹等厚振动筛以及等效作用下双轴直线等厚振动筛进行了动态特性分析,分析结果表明:在相同工作频率下,四轴变轨迹等厚振动筛相对于等效作用下双轴直线等厚振动筛筛体最大变形量下降11.3%,两侧板对应点最大振幅差下降44%,最大动应力下降24.5%,动应力分布更合理。这表明四轴变轨迹等厚振动筛的设计是合理的,可以更好地满足大型振动筛对结构刚度和强度的需求。In view of large height and instability of the large-scale banana vibrating screen, a new-type four-axised forced synchronous banana vibrating screen with variable linear trajectory was proposed. FEA was applied to analyze the dynamic characteristics of the new-type screen and a two-axised banana vibrating screen at the same external excitation. The analysis results showed that: compared with the later, the maximum deformation of the former decreased by 11.3% and the maximum difference between vibratory amplitude at two correspond- ing points dropped by 44% at the same working frequency; the maximum dynamic stress dropped by 24.5%, the stress distributed more reasonably. The results showed the four-axised'forced synchronous banana vibratingscreen with variable linear trajectory had reasonable structure, and could meet the demands of the large-scale vibrating screen better for structural stiffness and strength.
