摘  要:笔者选用D277、D256两种焊条进行45钢的堆焊修复,并以D277焊条作为堆焊层和打底层,在相同的工艺参数下进行堆焊;通过对其金相显微组织、硬度和磨损性能进行研究分析,结果表明,用D277焊条直接作为修复堆焊层,可使其硬度和耐磨性得到明显改善。The hardfacing repair process of steel 45 was investigated by using electrode D277 and D256. In the study, electrode D277 was applied onto hardfacing layer and render layer respectively, and hardfacing process was conducted at the same welding parameters. Moreover, the microstructure, hardness and abradability of the surfacing layer were analyzed. Results showed that the application of electrode D277 onto the hardfacing layer improved the hardness and the abradability remarkably.
