摘　　要：探讨WRC-871型双层胶辊的性能和纺纱效果。阐述了该胶辊的特性、制作方法、表面处理及管理维护工作要求,并在粘涤混纺品种上与WRC-965型不处理胶辊进行了对比试验。结果表明:该胶辊对涤棉混纺品种的适应性明显优于WRC-965型不处理胶辊,具有较好的抗绕性,耐磨性亦能满足纺纱要求,使用后能够改善条干、减少断头和飞花,可有效改善涤棉混纺品种的质量。应按技术要求套制胶辊,制定合理的回磨周期,控制使用直径,做好有关保养工作,以更好地发挥胶辊的作用。Property and spinning effect of WRC-871 double layer tubber-covered roll were discussed. Property, manufacture method,demands of surface treatment and management ＆ maintenance of the rubber-covered roll were introduced. Spinning yarn test was contrasted to yarn spun by WRC-965 untreated rubber-covered roll on viscose polyester blended yarn. The result shows that suitability of WRC-871 rubber-covered roll to polyester cotton blended yarn is better than that of WRC-965 untreated rubber-covered roll obviously. Anti-twining and wearability of the WRC-871 rubber-covered roll is better,yarn evenness can be improved,breakages and fly waste can be reduced. Rubber-covered roll should be made according to technology demands, grinding cycle should be proper, diameter should be controlled, mainltenanee should be done well,finally effect of the rubber-covered roll can be use better.
