摘 要:探讨高效精梳技术与工艺。提出了目前高效精梳技术应具备的基本特征,分析了当前进一步提升精梳效能的主要技术途径和措施。认为:条并卷机采用轻质铝合金成卷罗拉及不停车落卷技术,可提高成卷速度;优化落卷过程,缩短落卷时间;采用大卷装及加压在线控制装置,可进一步提高生产效率和小卷质量。精梳机可通过钳板、分离罗拉等机构的优化设计,降低机件加速度和转动惯量,实现高速、节能;采用大角度锡林,提高梳理质量;采用钳板开口定时调整装置,改进棉网输出质量;优化分离罗拉运动曲线,提高对短纤维的适纺性。精梳工艺宜采用长给棉、强梳理、低落棉的工艺配置。这些技术与工艺措施对于进一步改进精梳质量、提高设备生产效能、实现节能降耗具有十分重要的意义。Efficient combing technology and processing were discussed. Basic characteristics of current efficient combing technology were put forwards. Main technology methods and measures of promoting current comb efficiency in further were analyzed. It is considered that lap speed of draw frame and lap machine combined can be increased by adopting light aluminum alloy lap roller and doffing technology without stopping machine. Doffing process should be optimized and doffer time should be shortening. Production efficiency and lap quality can be improved further by adopting larger package and pressure online control device. Mechanical acceleration and moment of inertia can be reduced, higher speed and energy-saving can be realized for comber by optimizing and designing nipper, detaching roller ect devices. Carding quality can be increased by adopting larger angle cylinder. Web output quality can be modified by adopting nipper opening timing adjustment device. Spinnability to short fiber can be increased by optimizing detaching roller motion curve. Processing configuration of longer feeding, stronger carding, lower noil should be adopted by comber. The above technologies and measures are significant for improving combing quality further, increasing equipment efficiency, realizing energy-saving.
