摘 要:为了使开清棉生产能力能够满足后工序生产的需要,根据现有原料情况对开清棉流程进行了改造。分析了改进开清棉流程的技术要点及各单机设备状态的调整原则。改进后,两套清棉流程完全满足了五万锭的生产需要,下机正卷率保持在99%左右,棉卷重不匀率小于0.8%。认为:针对开松与除杂、棉结与短绒的关系进行合理的工艺改进,可以提高棉卷质量和生产效率。To making opening and picking production capacity reaching latter process demands, opening and picking process was modified according to existing raw material situation. The technology key points in modification and adjustment principles of each single machine status were analyzed. After the modification, production demands of 50 000 spindles can be reached by two sets of picking process. Acceptable lap rate can be kept about 99% , cotton lap weight unevenness can be less 0.8%. It is considered that cotton lap quality and production efficiency can be improved by modifying processing properly according to the relationships between opening and impurity elimination, neps and short fiber.
