摘　　要：为降低JC 5.8 tex特细号纱坯布棉结杂质,分析了影响结杂产生的主要工序,通过合理选配原料,优化开清棉、梳棉、精梳工艺参数以及加强运转操作、清整洁工作、设备维护及温湿度管理等各项基础性管理工作,取得了较好的改进效果,使布面棉结、杂质大幅度降低,实物质量水平明显提高,达到优等品标准,满足了用户的质量要求。To reduce neps and impurity of JC 5.8 tex yarn gray goods, main process of effecting neps were analyzed. Raw material were selected properly, processing parameter in picking, carding and combing were optimized. Each basic management were done well including operations, cleanings, equipment maintenance and temperature ＆ humidity management. Finally better effect can be got, neps and impurity on gray goods can be reduced greatly, physical quality can be improved obviously, hlgh-class product demands and user quality demand can be reached.
