摘 要:探讨棉麻赛尔混纺赛络纱的生产工艺。针对棉纤维和麻赛尔纤维的性能差异,采取了条混工艺。通过必要的设备改造,实现了国产清梳联一机两线加工不同纤维原料的工艺流程,合理配置开清棉及梳理工艺,获得了较好的生条质量;并条采用三道混并,合理配置牵伸工艺,采用自调匀整装置;粗纱采用较重定量和较低捻系数,严格控制纺纱张力;细纱采用紧隔距重加压工艺,使用软胶辊及压力棒上销,优选赛络纺粗纱喂入方式;合理配置络筒电清参数,结果成功纺制出棉/麻赛尔50/50 27.8 tex混纺赛络纱,满足了使用要求。Processing of cotton Juteeell blended siro yarn was discussed. Sliver blending process was adopted according to cotton and Jutecell fiber property differences. Through necessary equipment modification,processing of producing different fiber materials in domestic blowing-carding machine was realized. Better card sliver quality can be got through selecting picking .and carding processing properly. Three times doubling blending was adopted, draft processing was selected properly and autoleveller was adopted. Larger roving weight per unit and lower twist factor were adopted, spinning tension was controlled strictly. Smaller gauges and larger pressure were adopted in spinning process, soft rubbercover roll and press bar top pin were used, feed style of siro roving were tested and optimized. Parameter of electronic yarn clearer were selected properly, finally cotton/Jutecell 50/50 27.8 rex blended siro yarn can be spun successfully, usage demands can be reached.
