摘  要:为了提高Espero-M型络筒机的捻接质量,在JC 14.6 tex和JC/Modal 50/50 14.7 tex K品种上,对空气捻接器的型号、压缩空气压力和接头长度进行了优选,并分析了影响捻接成功率提高的主要原因。认为:根据纱线品种优选空气捻接器型号、压缩空气压力和捻接长度才能更好地提高自动络筒机捻接质量;良好的清洁状况有助于提高产品质量和捻接合格率。To improve splice quality of Espero-M winding machine, splicer model, air pressure and splice length were optimized on JC 14.6 tex yarn and JC/Modal 50/50 14.7 tex knitting yarn. Main reasons of effecting splice success rate increase were analyzed. It is considered that splice quality of Espero-M winding machine can be improved well through optimizing splicer model, air pressure and splice length according to yarn variety. Better clean status is helpful to improve product quality and splice pass rate.
