色纺梳理工艺探讨

摘　　要：探讨色纺纱梳理工艺特点。介绍了色纺双梳工艺的含义,针对色纺纱的质量要求,阐述了采用双梳工艺的优势。以两个工艺流程为例,分析了双梳工艺的低耗性。同时分析了双梳工艺两次梳理的技术要点。针对色纺纱强力低的问题,提出了对应措施。认为:双梳工艺可以解决色纺纱色点问题,保证混色精准。指出:色纺双梳工艺应根据最终产品质量要求和成本灵活运用。Technology property of color spun carding processing was discussed. Meaning of color spun double carding processing was introduced. According to quality demands of color spun yam, advantages of double carding processing were introduced. Taking two processing as examples,energy-saving of double carding processing was analyzed. Technology key points of two times carding were analyzed. According to lower strength of color spun yarn, the corresponding measures were put forwards. It is considered that color staining problem can be solved through color spun double carding processing, accurate color blending can be ensured. It is pointed out color double carding processing should be used flexibly according to product quality demands and costs.
