摘　　要：着眼建立历史与逻辑相统一的图书馆事业发展观念框架,反思、批判和预测图书馆的社会运动形态,分别从价值立场转移、时代思维特征、民族思维差异和主导价值类型等视角揭示图书馆社会价值学术思想演变的历史线索。古代、近现代和当代图书馆事业的主导社会价值观分别是关于人类社会客观知识精华记忆问题的保存价值观、保障价值观和创造价值观。当代图书馆事业应通过深层次的整体性变革,为人类用户走进"知识自由时代"做好应有的准备。Focus on establishing a conceptual framework of library development and rethinking of li- brary social movement, the paper revealed the overall clues of historical evolution on the library so- cial value from the aspects of transformation of value position , characteristics of era thinking, differ- ence of national thinking and dominant value types. The ancient, modern and contemporary library dominant values are preservation, security and creation on human society objective knowledge mem- ory. Contemporary library should get ready for the era of intellectual freedom through a deep reform.
