摘  要:目的了解小鼠感染伯氏疟原虫后Toll样受体(TLRs)的免疫作用。方法用伯氏疟原虫感染小鼠,采用RT-PCR、ELISA等方法测定TLRs的mRNA和下游炎症因子血清水平。结果小鼠感染伯氏疟原虫后TLR2、9、11的mRNA分别升高3、3.5和6倍;在感染后96h,IL-6、TNF-α及IL-12均达到峰值,分别为10 023U/ml、485pg/ml和186pg/ml;IL-18持续升高,在144h为4 225pg/ml。结论小鼠感染伯氏疟原虫后TLRs mRNA表达上调,并增强下游炎症因子的表达。Objective To ascertain the immune function of Toll-like receptors during malarial infection.Methods The mRNA level of TLRs and some downstream serum pro-inflammation factors were measured in mice after infection with Plasmodium berghei using real-time PCR and ELISA.Results The mRNA level of TLR-2,9,and 11 increased 3,3.5,and 6-fold,respectively.The peak levels of IL-6,TNF-α,and IL-12 were 10 023 U/ml,485 pg/ml,and 186 pg/ml at 96 h after infection.Conclusion Results suggested that TLR mRNA is upregulated and expression of downstream inflammation factors is intensified in mice after infection with P.berghei.
