摘 要:目的研究绞股蓝总皂苷(Gypenosides,GPs)对实验性高血压大鼠和正常大鼠的血压的影响。方法大鼠随机分为空白对照组、GPs(360 mg/kg)对照组、高血压模型组、GPs干预组(180,360,720 mg/kg)。除了空白对照组和GPs对照组外,其余各组喂养高脂高糖饲料并交替饮用糖盐水(糖4%、盐1%)和果糖水(6%);除了空白对照组外,其余各组给予相应剂量的药物灌胃。各组按上述因素处理8周,颈动脉插管,BL-420F生物机能系统测量动物血压。结果高糖高脂饮食能明显诱导大鼠血压的增高,与对照组相比,动物收缩压增高(35.1±10.7)%,舒张压增高(18.1±8.6)%;GPs干预后,呈剂量依赖性的抑制高糖高脂诱导的大鼠的血压升高;GPs急性给药对于高血压大鼠的降血压作用也显著强于对正常大鼠血压的影响。结论绞股蓝总皂苷可预防高糖高脂诱导的大鼠血压的增高,同时也具有较为安全的治疗高血压的疗效。Objective To investigate the anti - hypertensive effects of gypenosides (GPs) in high - glucose - and - fat - induced hypertension rats. Methods Rats were divided into 4 groups. Group A (control) were fed with normal food and orally administered with NS ; Group B were fed with normal food and orally administered with medium dose of gypenosides. Group C were fed with food rich in glucose and fat and orally administered with NS. Group D were fed with food rich in glucose and fat and orally administered with three different (180, 360,720 mg/kg) doses of gypenosides. After above treatment for 8 weeks the BL -420F biological system was used to measure the blood pressure. Results High - glucose - and - fat treatment induced the increase of rat bloodpressure significantly. Compared with the control group, the systolic blood pressure was increased ( 35.1 ± 10.7 ) % , and the diastolic blood pressure was increased ( 18.1 ± 8.6) % ( n=8, P 〈 0.01 ). Intervention with GPs was shown a dose - dependent effect against the elevated blood pressure induced by high - glucose - and - fat treatment. Acute administration of GPs by tail vein injection also decreased the blood pressure both in normal and hypertensive rats. However, the effeets were much stronger in hy- pertensive rats than those in normal rats. Conclusion GPs can prevent the high - glucose - and - fat - induced hypertension in rats and has a relatively safe effect on treatment of hypertension.
