摘 要:目的对桂郁金的石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位进行化学成分研究。方法用硅胶柱层析和制备HPLC分离桂郁金石油醚和醋酸乙酯部位的化学成分,用现代波谱技术鉴定化学成分的结构。结果从桂郁金的石油醚部位分离得到3个化合物,分别是ComosoneⅡ(1),5,10-双甲基-2-甲氧基-7-甲基-1,4-蒽二酮(2)和Curcuzedoalide(3);从醋酸乙酯部位分离得到2个化合物,分别是邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(4)和β-谷甾醇(5)。结论有4个化合物为首次从该植物中分得。Objective To study the chemical constituents in petroleum ether and ethyl acetate extracts of Curcuma kwangsiensis. Methods SiO2 column chromatography and Pre - HPLC were used to isolate the constituents. Their structures were identified by spectroscopic analysis. Results Three compounds were isolated from the petroleum ether extracts and two compounds were isolated from the ethyl acetate extracts. They were identified as Comosone Ⅱ( 1 ), 5,10 - dihydroxy - 2 - methoxy - 7 - methyl - 1,4 - an- thracenedione (2), Curcuzedoalide (3), Dibutyl phthalate (4) and β - sitosterol ( 5 ). Conclusion It was the first time for four compounds to be isolated from Curcuma kwangsiensis.
