摘  要:目的观察同病异证H22肝癌小鼠脾脏细胞周期通路基因转录的特征。方法运用小鼠计量化四诊及辨证方法及Affymetrix GeneChip Mouse Exon 1.0 Array等技术,从接种H22肝癌昆明种小鼠出瘤早期筛选邪毒壅盛证、气虚证小鼠,检测其脾脏细胞周期通路基因的表达。结果与正常组比较,邪毒壅盛证和气虚证小鼠脾脏细胞周期通路相关基因一致发生了明显的上调,其中,邪毒壅盛证上调更明显。结论肿瘤发生后,小鼠脾脏细胞周期通路总体处于比较活跃的状态,细胞增殖加速,邪毒壅盛证、气虚证等同病异证小鼠差别不大。Objective To explore the characters of gene expression of spleen cell cycle signal pathway in different symptoms and signs in H22 tumour mice. Methods By the quantitative four diagnosis and syndrome differentiation methods and Gene Chip Mouse Exon 1·0 ST Array, the mice with "Qi" deficiency syndrome and poison abundance syndrome were distinguished from the nor- mal mice in order to detect the differentially expressed genes of spleen cell cycle signal pathway. Results Compared with normal mice,some gene expression of cell cycle signal pathway showed up- regulation in " Qi" deficiency syndrome and poison abun- dance syndrome mice, in addition, the up - regulation of gene expression in poison abundance syndrome mice was more signifi- cant. Conclusion The cell cycle pathway is in the high state in HCC mice in the whole, and gene expression is different among different syndromes.
