HPLC法测定清热消痤合剂中蒙花苷的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立清热消痤合剂中蒙花苷的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,DIONEX-C1(8250 nm×4.6 nm,5μm),流动相为甲醇-水-冰醋酸(35∶64∶1),流速为1.0 mL·min-1,检测波长为334 nm,进样量为20μL,柱湿为30℃。结果:蒙花苷进样量在2.88-57.6μg/mL范围内与峰面积线性关系良好(r=0.9998),平均回收率为100.08%,RSD%为1.80%。结论:样品分离效果好,测定结果准确、可靠,可用于清热消痤合剂的质量控制。Objective：To determine the content of buddleoside in Qingrexiaocuo Mixture. Methods： A HPLC method was established using DIONEX-C18（250 nm×4.6 nm, 5μm）, with methanol - water - acetic acid （35：64：1） as a mobile phase; the flow rate was 1.0 mL/min; detection wavelength was 334 nm; column temperature was 30 ℃; sample size was 10 mL·min-1. Results：The calibration curve of buddleoside were in good linearity within the range of 2.88-57.6 μg/mL（r=0.9998）, the average recovery was 100.08% with RSD 1.80%. Conclusion：The method showed good separation, the results arc accurate, reliable, and it carl be used for determination of buddleoside in Qingrexiaocuo Mixture.
