摘　　要：从双向电泳的历史、原理、操作步骤及其在植物蛋白质组学研究中的应用等几方面进行综合阐述,最后提出双向电泳技术中存在的一些问题,并展望了其在植物蛋白质组学研究中的未来应用前景。In this paper,it summarized two-dimensional gel electrophoresis from the history,procedure,operating principle and the application in plant proteomics research,finally proposed some problems existing in the two-dimensional gel electrophoresis and prospected its future application prospect of the plant proteomics research.
