摘  要:为了探索陕西关中地区地下仓长期储存稻谷的可行性,解决东北稻谷在我省储存难的问题,延缓稻谷储存期间的品质下降,延长储存时间,结合关中地区的气候特点,通过对扶风杏林储备库现有地下仓进行准低温隔热改造,结合密闭管理,降低仓温和粮温,使稻谷常年处于准低温以下储藏环境中,保持稻谷的储存品质和食用品质,达到绿色安全储粮的目的。In order to explore the feasihility of long--term storage for paddy rice in the underground bin in Guanzhong Area of Shaanxi province, to solve the problem of storage of grain produced in Northeast China in the local area, to delay the quality of rice during the storage, and to prolong the storage time, according to the characteristics of climat of Guanzhong Area, The reform of heat insulation for quasi--low tempera- ture had been clone in the Fufengxinglin Reserve Depot. Through the Sealed Storage, reducing temperature of granary and grains, the paddy had been make sure to the low temperature to maintain the rice storage quality and eating quality, and finally, to achieve the purpose of green and safe grain storage.
