摘 要:以尿素为原料,在几种不同的混合溶剂中合成氰尿酸。考察了溶剂、温度和时间对反应的影响。结果表明,反应在N,N-二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)和硝基苯的混合溶剂进行,氰尿酸的收率较高。适宜的反应条件为:V(DMF)∶V(硝基苯)=1∶3,反应温度为(200±2)℃,0.5 g NH4Cl为催化剂,反应时间为3.5 h,在此条件下,氰尿酸的收率为87%。Cyanuric acid was prepared by pyrolysis of urea in several mixed solvents.The effects of solvents,reaction temperature and reaction time were investigated.The results showed that the yield of cyanuric was higher,when the reaction was conducted in the mixed solvent of nitrobenzene and N,N-dimethyl formamide(DMF).The suitable reaction conditions were that V(DMF):V(nitrobenzene) was 1:3,reaction temperature was(200±2)℃,0.5 g ammonium chloride used as catalyst,and reaction time was 3.5 h.Under the conditions,the yield of cyanuric acid was 87%.
