摘 要:车架作为整车的一个重要部件,对其进行结构分析与研究具有重要意义,而有限元方法和软件技术在汽车结构分析中占据了极其重要的位置。针对某越野车车架进行有限元分析与研究,将UG建立的三维车架模型导入HyperMesh中得到有限元模型,并结合Optistruct分析工具从静态和动态两方面对该车架进行分析,依据HyperView后处理工具对计算结果进行处理进而对性能进行评估,并为新车型的研制开发提供借鉴和校核方法。The frame is an important part of vehicles,so it is important to analyze and study its structure,above all,analytical method and software technology of finite element plays a very significant role in automobile structural analysis.Series of Finite Element Analysis and study are preceded on the off-road vehicle frame,the three-dimensional frame model which was established by UG software is imported in HyperMesh software,then the finite element model will be achieved.After that the static and dynamic analysis will be preceded based on Optistruct,and performance evaluated according to the results based on HyperView.Further more,a reference and checking method for the research and development of new vehicles is put forward.
