风口摄像系统在高炉生产中的应用

摘　　要：唐山中厚板公司通过在高炉风口窥视孔安装微型摄像机,将高炉风口工作状况成像,通过监视器显示在高炉主控室及喷煤操作室,使操作工可以清晰直观地看到风口前的焦炭运动及风口结焦等情况,实现了高炉安全、稳定、高产、低耗和长寿的目标。With a micro camera fitted at observation hole of tuyere of blast furnace,the operator in main control room and coal-injecting operation room can see clearly on monitor screen the coke moving before the tuyere and coking at tuyere.It helps blast furnace to realize the target of safe,steady,high output,low consumption and long work life.
