摘　　要：冷床对齐辊道轴承座润滑处在高温、高负荷、连续生产的恶劣环境下,对润滑脂的性能要求日益提高。从满足设备的运转可靠性、提高生产效率、降低生产成本等方面,对冷床对齐辊道试验使用的几种润滑脂的性能、效果进行了对比,最终选用了高性能、长寿命的TEP300润滑脂,在降低生产成本的同时,也取得了预期效果。The bearing seat of aligning roll table of cooling bed works in a serious environment of high temperature,heavy load and continuous operation and demands a high performance for lubricating grease.In fields of operation reliability,raising production rate and reducing cost it is compared the performance and effect of several kinds of grease used in test of aligning roll table of cooling bed.At last TEP300 is selected with its high performance and long work life.
