摘　　要：针对宣钢小型轧钢厂一小型车间蓄热式加热炉加热能力小、加热质量差、耗能高的问题,分析了主要原因,将加热炉的蓄热体由蓄热小球置换为蜂窝体后,加热炉的通气量提升、炉压稳定、待温待轧现象明显减少,达到了节能降耗、稳定生产的目的。It is analyzed the main reason for the problems in the regenerative heating furnace of Small-Section Steel Rolling Mill of Xuan Steel： heating capacity small,heating quality bad,energy consumption high.To solve those problems the regenerator is replaced from small ball to honeycomb.After that the ventilation in furnace gets increased,furnace pressure steady,temperature-waiting and rolling-waiting obviously reduced,the aim of energy-saving and consumption-reducing and stabilizing the production got.
