摘　　要：阐述高校声像教学资源及其数字化抢救工作的现状与主要问题,并以声像教学资源数字化处理实践为基础,结合现代信息技术以及档案学原理,指出高校声像资源档案库开发与应用中贵在于活、重在于用的原理,着重阐述多元化建设和应用的策略。This paper illustrates importance of the audio-visual teaching resources and digital rescue work, and points out that the archives constructions present situation and the main problems. And to the audio-visual teaching resource digitization practice as the basis, combined with modern information technology as well as the archival science theory, it points out that the main principle of construction and application is in expensive to activation and heavy in Implementation. It focuses on the audio-visual teaching resource archive to digital rescue processing as the basis, to archives platform construction as the center, to resource construction as the core, the depth of application to target resources, to quality of service as the basis, to a variety of mechanisms and systems for the protection of diversified construction and implementation strategy.
