摘　　要：产学研合作是推进高等院校科技创新成果转化的有效途径,它将政府、企业和高校融合为一体。正确定位企业与高校之间的关系才能在提高高校创新能力的同时,让企业实现低投入高回报的目标,实现企业与高校的互利共赢.The form of industry-university-research is an effective way of accelerating the transformation of university innovation of science and technology achievement.It can integrate the government,enterprise and university.The correct orientation of the relationship between enterprise and university can improve university innovation ability and achieve the object of low-investment and high-profit in enterprise.In this way,enterprise and university can realize mutual benefit and win-win.
