摘　　要：目的:探讨流浪精神病患者临床特点和现状,总结出一套行之有效的护理方法,以利于流浪精神病患者早日回归社会。方法:对近年来收治的流浪精神病患者进行临床调查分析,归纳其特点。结果:流浪精神病患者病史不清,生活自理能力差,常伴有躯体疾病,抵触情绪强烈,治疗依从性差。结论:根据流浪精神病患者的病情特点,提出相应的护理问题并给予及时、正确的护理干预,能够提高流浪精神病患者治疗的依从性,及早控制精神症状及躯体疾病,为维护社会稳定作出贡献。Objectlve：To investigate the clinical features and current situation of the vagrant patients with mental disease, summed up a set of effective nursing method, facilitates the vagrant patients with mental disease early return to society. Methods：Treated in recent years vagrant patients with mental disease in clinical investigation and analysis, summarized its features. Results：The vagrant patients with mental disease history is not clear, poor self - care ability, often associated with somatic disease, with strong emotions, poor treatment compliance. Conclusion： According to the vagrant patients with mental disease the disease characteristics, put forward the corresponding nursing problems and give timely, correct nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of the vagrant patients with mental disease, early control of psychiatric symptoms and somatic diseases, to maintain social stability makes contribution.
