摘　　要：目的:探讨家庭护理对在乡复退军人精神病患者生活质量的影响,指导家属对患者进行科学护理。方法:通过巡诊对在乡复退军人精神病患者的家庭生活进行调查分析,了解其基本状况。结果:恰当的家庭护理可提高在乡复退军人精神病患者服药的依从性,消除或减轻患者心理压力,促进患者生活及工作能力的恢复。结论:科学的家庭护理有利于家属向患者提供有效的家庭支持,提高患者生活质量。Objective： To explore the impact of home care on the quality of life of veterans of psychotic, guidance of family members of patients with scientific care. Methods： Through the rounds in rural veterans of psychotic patients family life survey analysis, understand the basic situation. Re- suits：The appropriate home care can be improved in rural veterans of psychotic patients＂ compliance, eliminate or relieve the mental pressure of patients ,＂ promote the patient life and working capacity restoration. Conclusion：The scientific home care is beneficial for their families to provide patients with effec- tive family support,improve patients＇quality of life.
