摘 要:油田开发进入中后期以后,随着综合含水的上升,井筒结垢、腐蚀严重,影响了油井的正常生产。针对隔采井无法实施环空加药、边探井和套压控制油井加药难度大及机械式井下点滴加药装置无法控制加药流速三类问题,提出了井下自动点滴加药装置的研制思路及结构原理。该装置充分利用电子智能控制技术,实现了井下药剂的每日连续、定时、定量投加,满足不同井的加药需求,油井加药量可控,是井下油井加药技术的一次飞跃。In the mid-late period of oilfield development, with comprehensive water cut ris- ing, wellbore scaling, corrosion, affecting normal production of oil wells. According to the vi- bration production well can't be implemented annulus dosing, side wells and casing pressure control oil feeding difficulty and mechanical downhole dropping chemical adding device can- not control feeding velocity of three kind of problem, put forward the downhole automatic dropping chemical adding device development train of thought and structure principle. The device makes full use of electronic intelligent control technology, achieve the underground pharmacy daily continuous, timing, quantitative dosing, to meet the different needs of oil wells dosing, the dosage is controllable, downhole well dosing technology leap.
