摘 要:目的:建立生活饮用水中18种芳香烃类化合物的吹扫捕集/气相色谱-质谱联用测定方法。方法:采用吹扫捕集富集水中的苯系物,解吸后用色谱-质谱联用法测定,内标标准曲线法定量。结果:方法最低检出浓度为0.008μg/L~0.582μg/L,标准曲线相关系数均大于0.9976,响应因子的相对标准偏差小于3.87%,样品加标回收率在89.7%~106.8%之间。结论:本法干扰小、分离度好、灵敏度高、结果准确、操作简便,对多种水样适应性好,适合于生活饮用水中18种芳香烃类化合物的同时分析。Objective:To establish a method for determination of 18 aromatic compounds in drinking water by purge and trap gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Methods: Aromatic compounds in water were purged and trapped, then desorbed and analyzed by gas chromatography/mass spectrometry. Internal standard curve method was used for quantitation. Results: The correlation coefficients of the method for 18 target compounds were greater than 0. 9976 and their minimum detection limits (MDL) were 0. 008 μg/L - 0. 582 μg/L, the average recoveries of the method was 89.7% - 106.8% with the relative standard deviation (RSD) less than 3.87%. Conclusion: This method is simple, rapid, sensitive and accurate and it is suitable for simultaneous determination of 18 aromatic com- pounds in drinking water.
