摘 要:目的:建立低毒、准确、灵敏的二乙醇胺-盐酸副玫瑰苯胺测定作业场所空气中二氧化硫的方法。方法:采用体积比为0.05%的二乙醇胺为吸收液,通过在酸性条件下与氨基磺酸及盐酸副玫瑰苯胺进行显色反应,在548 nm处采用分光光度法测定。结果:二氧化硫浓度在0.1μg/ml~2.00μg/ml范围内呈良好的线性关系(r2=0.9996),回收率在94.0%~106.0%范围,相对标准偏差小于2.0%,检出限为0.1 mg/m3。结论:采用二乙醇胺为吸收剂,建立的方法具有低毒、环保的优点,可满足作业场所空气中二氧化硫的测定,而且克服了国标方法的四氯汞钾吸收液剧毒的不足。Objective: To develop a harnffulless, sensitive and accurate method for the determination of sulfur di- oxide in the air in work places using hydrochloride - pararosaniline spectrophotometry with diethanol amine. Meth- ods: In this method, diethanol amine (0.05%) was used as absorption solution, which reacted with hydrochloridc - pararosanillne under the acid condition of aininosulfonie acid, and the sulfur dioxide in the air in work places was determined by spectrophotometry at the wavelength of 548 nm. Results: Linearity in the range of 0. 10 μg/ml 2.00 μg/ml provided a determination coefficient ( r2) of 0. 9996 for sultur dioxide. Recoveries were in the range of 94.0% - 106.0% , precision values expressed as relative standard deviations (RSDs) was less than 2.0% (n = 6 ) , and the limit of quantification (LOQ) was 0.1 mg/m3. Conclusion: In this work, the lower toxic, diethanol amine was used as an absorption solution instead of higher toxic tetrachloro mercury potassium, and the developed hydro- chloride - pararosaniline spectrophotometry method possess some advantages of lower toxicity and environmental pro- tection, and it can be applied to the routine analyses of sulfur dioxide in the air in work places.
