摘  要:目的:了解深圳地区流感样病例的病毒病原学现况,为呼吸道传染病的诊断和预防控制提供病原学依据。方法:采用实时荧光定量PCR法,对269份咽拭子样本同时检测流感病毒、腺病毒、鼻病毒、副流感病毒、呼吸道合胞病毒、冠状病毒和人偏肺病毒共7种15个亚型常见呼吸道病毒。结果:2011年深圳流感样病例的病毒阳性检出率为50.2%(135/269),在检出的呼吸道病毒中鼻病毒检出最多,其次是流感病毒、冠状病毒和腺病毒。夏季和秋季都是鼻病毒占优势,分别为57.6%(19/33)和52.6%(20/38);冬季则以流感病毒为优势,占60.5%(23/38)。儿童中鼻病毒检出率最高,青少年和成人中流感病毒检出率最高。结论:鼻病毒、流感病毒、冠状病毒和腺病毒是深圳地区流感样病例的主要病原体,随着季节、月份的不同和年龄的不同而具有一定的流行规律。Objective: To study the situation of the virus etiology in influenza - like illness in Shenzhen, so as to provide the data for clinical diagnosis and preventive strategy. Methods: By real - time fluorescent quantitative PCR, 15 kinds of common respiratory viruses, including virus A, B, adenovirus, human rhinovirus, parainfluenza virus 1,2,3, respiratory syncytial virus A, B, eoronavirus 229E, OC43, NL63, HKU1 and human metapneumovir- us, were detected in 269 clinical swabs simultaneously. Results : 135 positive cases were found in the 269 samples, the positive ratio was 50.2%. Human rhinovirus, influenza virus, adenovirus and eoronavirus were the most com- mon viruses. Human rhinovirus was the predominant viral etiological factor in Summer and Autumn, but replaced by influenza virus in Winter. Human rhinovirus was the most common virus followed by influenza virus and adenovirus in children. Influenza virus was the most detected virus in teenagers and adults. Conclusion: Human rhinovirus, influenza virus, coronavirus and adenovirus play an important role in influenza - like illness in Shenzhen, showing certain regular rules in different age groups and different seasons.
