摘 要:[目的]分析北细辛叶、叶柄和根茎中的挥发性成分.[方法]采用气流吹扫微注射器萃取技术(GP-MSE)萃取北细辛叶、叶柄和根茎中的挥发性成分,利用气相-质谱法(GC-MS)进行成分分析.[结果]从北细辛叶、叶柄和根茎中分别检出69,79和84个峰,鉴定出33,34和39种成分.有21种共有成分,主要成分为甲基丁香酚、十六烷酸及十五烷等.[结论]北细辛不同部位的挥发性成分差异较大.OBJECTIVE To analyze the volatile compounds in leaves, petiole and rhizome of Asarum heterotropoides. METHODS The volatile compounds in leaves, petioles and rhizomes of Asarum heterotropoides were extracted by gas purge microsyringe extraction and analyzed by gas chromatography- mass spectrography. RESULTS 69, 79 and 84 of peaks were checked out and 33, 34 and 39 of components were identified from the leaves, petioles and rhizomes of Asarum heterotropoides , respectively, in which there were 21 of same components, and the main components were methyleugenol, hexadecanoic acid and pentadecane, etc. CONCLUSION The chemical constituents from different locations of Asarum heterotropoides were distinct.
