摘 要:BIF型铁矿床是中国最重要的铁矿床类型,占全国总查明资源储量55.2%。BIF型铁矿床主要分布在华北陆块,其次在扬子陆块。在华北陆块鞍山—本溪,密怀—冀东,五台—吕梁矿集区中铁矿床尤为集中,约占全国铁总探明储量41.5%。BIF型铁矿床在古太古代、中太古代、新太古代、古元古代和新元古代均有产出,但主要在新太古代—古元古代。BIF型铁矿床可划分为阿尔戈马型和苏必利尔湖型两类,其中以新太古代阿尔戈马型最为重要。BIF型铁矿床主要是贫铁矿石,富铁矿石极少。富铁矿均产在贫铁矿体中,以(火山)沉积-热液交代改造型最为重要。BIF形成与海底热液喷流作用有关。在中国BIF型铁矿的资源潜力大,远景可观。The banded iron formation (BIF)-type iron ore deposits are one of the most important iron deposits in China, with a proven resources accounting for 55.2 percent of the total iron reserves. Iron deposits of such kind are distributed mainly in the North China Block, with minor in the Yangtze Block. BIF-type iron deposits in the North China Block are mainly concentrated in Anshan-Benxi, Mihuai-Eastern Hebei and Wutai-Luliang metallogenic intensive areas, with a total proven reserves accounting for 41.5 percent of the China's total proven reserves. The BIF type iron deposits occur in any epoch from Paleoarchean to Neoproterozoic, mainly in Paleoarchean, Mesoarchean, Neoarchean, Paleoproterozoic and Neoproterozoic, and Neoarchean- Paleoproterozoic. The BIF type iron deposits can be divided into Algoma type and Lake Superior type, with the Algoma type being key one. But most BIF type deposits are poor in iron, and ironrich deposits are fewer. Ironrich orebodies are commonly hosted in banded iron formation, but (volcanic) sedimentary hydrothermal reworking rich iron deposits are an important type. The formation of BIF is closely related to submarine hydrothermal exhalative sedimentation (SEDEX). The resources of the BIFtype iron ores is great in China.
