摘　　要：继续性合同作为一种将时间因素引入到合同中的合同类型,其适用将会使合同类型进一步明确化、具体化,给立法者提供更加具有针对性的适用依据,并且对于合同法理论研究的深入,进一步完善合同法以及司法实践的发展有着重要的意义。Continuous contract is introduced to one of contract type as a time factor,its application will make contract type further clear and materialized undoubtedly,to provide legislators more targeted application basis.And it will also have important significances for the deepening of the research on theory of contract law and further improving the development of contract law and judicial practice
