摘　　要：传统法理学教材的编写注重法理学科体系建构和发展,不太注重从人才培养的视角来编写教材。传统法理学教材不仅未能很好地展现出法学理论和实践的关联,也不利于培养学生的法理学问题意识和法理学思维能力。2003年以后,法理学教材出现了新的改革趋势,一些法理学教材的应用性特征日益突出。应用法理学教材其特点在于将法学理论与法律实践相结合,通过具体的案例和法律事件生动地阐释法理,并将法学理论运用于具体案例的分析之中。应用法理学教材有利于学生对抽象法学理论的理解,变被动学习为主动学习,有利于培养学生的法理学问题意识和理论思维能力。但现有的应用法理学教材的编写仍存在一些不足,有待进一步改进和发展。从法理学教材未来发展趋势看,应用法理学教材将在各类型法理学教材中占据重要地位。Traditional textbooks of jurisprudence pay attention to constructing and developing subject system of jurisprudence,and pay little attention to talent training.Traditional textbooks of jurisprudence not only have not exhibited the connection of jurisprudence and legal practice,but also make against training consciousness of jurisprudence problems and ideation of jurisprudence.A new trend appeared after 2003,Characteristic of application in some textbooks of jurisprudence increased very much.The characteristics of applied textbook of jurisprudence is combining theory with practice,explaining jurisprudence vividly by concrete cases and legal event,and applying jurisprudence to concrete cases.Applied textbook of jurisprudence can help students to understand Abstract jurisprudence,transforms passive study to active study and train their consciousness of jurisprudence problems and ideation of jurisprudence.However there were some deficiencies in existing applied textbooks,and they need more amelioration.Applied textbook of jurisprudence will be important more and more in diversified textbooks of jurisprudence through observing the future developing trend of jurisprudence textbooks.
