安-4型输卵管银夹绝育术远期效果与安全性研究

摘　　要：本研究运用流行病学原理和方法,考察并评价了安—4型银夹输卵管阻断术的远期效果与安全性。结果表明银夹组远期绝育成功率达98.96％,略高于女扎组的98.30％,接近国外广泛采用的Falope环的绝育效果(98.67％),此外,在远期并发症、痛经、头昏发生率和妇检阳性体征流行率等方面,均显示银夹组明显低于女扎组,反映了多指标的一致性趋势。提示安—4型输卵管银夹绝育术已达远期高效,且为安全性较好的一种绝育新技术。Anhui—type4 fallopian tube device with silver clips is a kind of new technique of sterilization in our country recently. Using epidemiological principle and method, we studied the long-term effect and safety of this new technique. Thirty-three villages in 3 counties of Benbu city were selected, 2174 out of 2191 women were examined (response rate: 99.22％). In the group of using Anhui—type 4 fallopian tube device with silver clisp, 1059 out of 1066 women were examined, and in the group of ligation of fallopian tube, 1115 out of 1125 women were examined. The result suggested that the long-term successtive rate in former group(98.96％) is slight higher that of the later group(98.30％). The Anhui—type 4 group's effect approached that of Falope's method, which is widely used in foreign countries. In addition, the side-effects such as dysmenorrhoea, faint, gynecologic sympstom in former group were less common than that of later group. All the of results suggested that Anhui—type 4 fallopian tube device with silver clips is a good method in family planning in long-term effect and safety.
