摘  要:对体表常规心电图导联进行10~30Hz的低噪声滤波放大,能使ST-T较大地滤掉或振幅减低,而P波则呈高频信号录得。这样便可确认重叠或埋没于高大T波或QRS波群之中的P波。这种经体表常规导联低噪声P波放大心电图对确诊复杂心律失常有很大价值,且是一简便、安全和无创伤性方法。By the use of low-noise filtration and amplification of 10~30Hz on the routine body surface electrocardiographic leads, the ST-T wave was either largely filtered out or was recorded as a relatively small-amplitude, low-frequency signal. On the other hand, the P wave was recorded as a high-frequency signal, and so atrial deflection superimposed and burried in a large T or QRS potential could be identified. This low-noise-filtored electrocardiogram is of great value for accurate diagnosis of complex cardiac arrhythmias and is a simple, safe and noninvasive method.
