摘　　要：通过参与冠心病患者的药物治疗及药学监护过程,临床药师对相关的药物治疗方案进行干预,对使用胺碘酮注射液过程中出现静脉炎等不良反应的发生机制、预防及处理等给予医师解答并提出用药建议。By participating in the drug treatment and pharmaceutical care for a patient with coronary heart disease, clinical pharmacist provided relevant recommendations in terms of drug usage. The adverse drug reactions of phlebitis occurred during the process of using amiodarone injection, clinical pharmacist answered medical staffs questions on mechanism, prevention and treatment of drug-related phlebitis and give some suggestions.
