摘　　要：农业产业化是市场经济条件下发展农村经济的一种全新的生产经营模式。云南省现有农业产业化水平不高 ,受制于多种因素。Agricultural industrialization is a completely new mode of production in the development of the rural economy under the market-oriented system. The backward situation of Yunnan's agricultural industrialization owes much to the impediment from multiple factors. Further development in this sphere urgently requires some practical measures.
