摘  要:针对冷丝埋弧焊的工艺机理要求,对其机头进行若干整体方案设计,用SolidWorks软件绘制其原理演示图,进行机构运动的干涉检查;比较并选择最佳方案,根据冷丝插入位置及机构调节的要求,进行机头部分的具体设计。对横梁等关键部位进行校核计算,对整个设计过程进行详细说明,为实现冷丝埋弧自动焊提供了必要的支持。This paper introduces the design of wire feeder as a new efficient welding method, Firstly, it develops several overall programs according to the mechanism request of the cold wire submerged arc welding, drawing up its principle demo figure with Solid Works and interference checking to the organization movement. Then, it makes a comparison of the overall programs and chooses the best one, makes a concrete design of the welding head to the location of the cold wire submerged arc welding and the need of the mechanism adjustment. Finally, it checks and calculates the crossbeam and other essential spots, explaining the entire design process in detail. The project mainly produces a design idea of the wire feeder which provides a necessary support of the cold wire submerged arc welding.
