真空环保浸漆工艺在电机修理行业的研究与应用

摘　　要：介绍了适应电机维修行业真空环保浸漆装置的研制、绝缘漆的选择、真空绝缘处理工艺的完善制定以及真空浸漆在电机修理行业的应用,切实解决了电机修理行业带外壳电机真空浸漆的难题,提高了电机绕组绝缘性能与生产效率,节约了原材料,减轻了工人的劳动强度,减少了浸漆过程中产生的有毒有害气体对环境的污染以及对现场人员身体的损害。Research of impregnation paint equipment of the adaptation motor repair industry vacuum environmental protection, insulating paint selection, vacuum insulation process improvement and the application of the vacuum paint dipping paint in the motor repair industry are described, which solve in motor repair industry vacuum impregnation paint problems of the motor casing ,improve the motor winding insulation performance and the production efficiency, save the raw materials, reduce the labor intensity of workers, and reduce damage of toxic and harmful gas produced in the paint dipping process pollution to the environment and site personnel.
