摘　　要：本文构建了一套图书馆智力资本的指标体系,并运用指标体系采用数据包络分析方法对图书馆智力资本效率进行了评估。基于评估得分,对不同决策单元智力资本投入产出现状进行了研究,通过研究得出了图书馆智力资本投入产出效率不足的决策单元的改进建议。This paper constructed a set of evaluation index system on intellectual capital of library.With this index system,it evaluated the efficiency of library intellectual capital.Based on those evaluation scores,it studied the output-input efficiency of library intellectual capital.And it gave some advice on how to improve the output-input efficiency in poor efficiency libraries.
