摘  要:目的探讨血浆内脂素水平与冠心病冠脉病变程度的相关关系,为冠心病的早期诊断和评估冠脉病变程度提供辅助工具。方法比较50例经冠脉造影确诊的冠心病患者(冠心病组)与55例门诊体检腹型肥胖患者(对照组)和48例2型糖尿病患者(糖尿病组)血浆内脂素水平;同时记录冠心病患者冠脉病变支数及Gensini冠脉病变积分,与血浆内脂素水平进行相关性分析。结果冠心病组血浆内脂素水平为(38.21±7.8)ng/ml,对照组血浆内脂素水平为(28.31±6.97)ng/ml,糖尿病组血浆内脂素水平为(26.74±3.07)ng/m,差异有统计学意义(F=3.425,P<0.05);冠脉病变数目及Gensini冠脉病变积分均与血浆内脂素水平呈正相关(r值分别为0.864和0.911,均P<0.05)。结论血浆内脂素水平越高,冠脉病变程度越严重。检测血浆内脂素水平可以作为冠心病的早期诊断和评估冠脉病变程度的辅助工具。Objective To investigate the correlation between the plasma visfatin level and the severity of coronary lesion. Methods The level of plasma visfatin from 50 patients with coronary arterial disease ( CAD, diagnosed by angiography) , 55 controls with abdominal obesity and 48 diabetes (DM)patients were detected and compared. Plasma visfatin was determined by an enzyme immu- noassay. The lesion severity of coronary arteries was assessed by Gensini coronary scoring system, and the correlation between plasma visfatin level and coronary lesion severity was evaluated. Results Plasma visfatin level of the CAD group was significantly increased compared to that of the control group and DM group [ ( 38.21 -+ 7.8 ) ng/ml vs ( 28.31 :t:6. 97 ) ng/ml vs ( 26. 74 + 3.07 ) ng/ml, P 〈 0. 05 ]. A significant positive eorrelation was found between coronary lesion severity score and Plasma visfatin level (r = 0. 911, P 〈 0. 05 ). Conclusion Plasma visfatin level may be related to the pathogenesis of CAD. Detection o f plasma visfatin might be helpful for early diagnosis of CAD. Patients with higher Plasma visfatin level may have more severe coronary lesion.
